The beds are manufactured by subcontractors in Poland, whereby they pass through several subcontractors depending on the production step or the parts are supplied by different companies.

FLOVED is made of high quality multiplex wood, all metal parts such as axle, ball bearings, latches and drawer pull-out meet the highest quality standards.

The slatted frames and mattresses come from our partner OPTIMUM, a company that has decades of experience in this field and sells very high-quality products internationally.

Unfortunately, not every conventional mattress fits the FLOVED sofa bed. To enable the folding mechanism, the mattresses must have exactly a certain thickness. In addition, you need the loops on the side to be able to fix the mattresses on the slatted frames. We therefore only offer the FLOVED sofa bed complete with mattresses.

Unfortunately, we are not able to consider special requests regarding colours or alternative wood types at the moment.

The multiplex wood naturally complies with all the strictest European and German guidelines.

At the moment, we are not yet able to facilitate a preview or a purchase in a pop-up store.

If the FLOVED sofa bed is in stock at our logistics partner in Greven (immediate purchase), you can expect delivery in approx. 3-5 working days (depending on your geographical location in Germany). If you order in advance, you can expect a delivery period of 6 weeks to 3 months.

The FLOVED sofa bed will be delivered by a forwarding agent to your house (to the "kerb") in the case of standard delivery, a time window will be communicated to you in advance. With 2 people you can easily carry the 3 boxes in which the bed is packed (one after the other).

If you choose Premium shipping when paying, the FLOVED sofa bed will be delivered by another shipping company (as a "2-man delivery") to or in front of your home, a time window will be communicated to you in advance. 

It is important to note that the bed halves in the box will fit through stairwells, corridors and doorways, please check this beforehand using the package dimensions - listed above.

Of course, the sofa parts are removable and their covers washable. The covers of the mattresses can also be removed and washed.

The sofa bed is packed in 3 large boxes. The two bed halves are already fully assembled, you just have to unpack them, place them on top of each other and screw the screws into the hinges on the back; then insert the slatted frames, the top one also needs a few screws to be screwed in. Finally, fix the top mattress in place. Detailed instructions are enclosed in the drawer.
It takes less than 15 minutes with a cordless screwdriver, maybe a little longer with a screwdriver.
The third package contains the mattresses.
The logistics partner does not assemble the bed. In accordance with the new legal guidelines, you as the end consumer can hand over the packaging material arising from the delivery to the delivering company (our forwarding agent) at the place of delivery.

At the moment, we are not yet able to facilitate a personal collection.

The bed can be returned within the statutory period of 14 days. However, the customer must bear the costs of transport back to us. The sofa bed will then be collected by our logistics partner within two weeks. We will pass on to the customer the costs charged to us by our logistics partner, which should not exceed 150 euros.
